建龙北满特殊钢有限责任公司（简称建龙北满特钢），隶属于北京建龙重工集团有限公司，位于黑龙江省西部美丽的丹顶鹤之乡齐齐哈尔市富拉尔基区，是我国“一五”期间兴建的国家156项重点工程项目中******的一个特殊钢制造厂。

公司始建于1952年，1957年11月3日******建成投产。自投入生产以来，就立足为国防军工及国家各行业重大技术装备的生产提供关键性的特殊钢材料，曾为中国******门厚壁火炮、******艘核潜艇、******颗人造地球卫星、******座原子能反应堆、******枚洲际导弹等多个国家******提供了关键性的合金钢材料，并在火炮用钢、炮弹钢、坦克及装甲车辆用钢、舰艇用钢、核能用钢、航空用钢、航天用钢等七大领域的关键特殊钢研制、生产等方面取得了巨大成就，为祖国的国防军工、国民经济建设立下了丰功伟绩。周恩来、邓小平、刘少奇、胡耀邦、江泽民、李＊、胡锦涛等党和国家领导人先后亲临视察，敬爱的周总理曾亲切地称她为祖国的“掌上明珠”，赞扬其在新中国建设中特殊的贡献。

2017年10月通过改制重整，建龙北满特钢引进建龙集团先进的体制机制、企业文化和经营理念，并投资技改，使公司步入了发展快车道。目前，企业拥有国内一流、国际领先的四条精品特钢生产线,包括Ф5mmΦ25mm规格特殊钢线材生产线、Φ20mm-Φ120 mm规格小棒材生产线、Φ80mm-Φ310mm规格大棒材生产线、独具特色的锻造产品生产线。公司棒线材产品主要有轴承钢、汽车钢、铁路用钢、工程机械用钢、矿山钢、船舶用钢、石油用钢、弹簧钢、帘线钢、钢绞线用钢、焊丝钢、冷镦钢、减速机用钢、锅炉管坯、调质材等。锻造产品主要有冷轧辊坯、轴承钢、工模具钢、不锈钢、鼓风机用钢、船舶用钢、高压锅炉管坯、减速机用钢、石油用钢等。产品广泛应用于轴承制造、汽车制造、工程机械制造、航空航天装备、海洋工程装备及高技术船舶、先进轨道交通装备、节能与新能源、电力装备等领域。

建龙北满特钢为国家高新技术企业，拥有国家企业技术中心、博士后科研工作站、CNAS认可实验室、黑龙江省高品质特殊钢工程技术研究中心；公司通过了ISO 9001、IATF 16949、GJB 9001B、API Q1质量管理体系认证，ISO 14001 环境管理体系认证、ISO 45001职业健康安全管理体系认证、ISO 10012测量管理体系等认证，******实现全员、全过程的产品质量控制和质量保证。

核心产品轴承钢通过了德国舍弗勒、瑞典斯凯弗、美国铁姆肯等国际大公司认证；发动机曲轴、凸轮轴等汽车钢通过了美国康明斯认证；工程机械用钢通过了卡特彼勒认证；LZ50、LZ45CrV车轴用钢、渗碳轴承钢通过了北京国金恒信认证；锻件材、热轧材等船用钢通过了中国CCS、美国ABS、法国BV、挪威DNV-GL、韩国KR、英国LR、日本NK、意大利RINA等九家船级社认证。铁路用车轴钢LZ45CrV、DZ1、DZ2等核心技术获国家研发专利；研发的Cr5、Cr6、Cr8及半高速等系列轧辊用钢质量达到国际先进水平；调质材、矿山钢等工程机械、石油、船舶行业用钢远销欧洲、美洲、亚洲、非洲等35个国家及地区。

Jianlong Beiman Special Steel Co., Ltd was founded in 1952 and has been developing for seventy years continuously. In 2017, Jianlong Beiman Special Steel joined Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group. Jianlong Group is the 8th of the largest steel producing groups in the world with a total production capacity of 40 million tons. Jianlong Beiman Special Steel has built first-class production lines in China, including high-speed wire rods, hot rolled bars, forged products, and cold drawn materials, reaching the production capacity of 2.2 million tons of special steel annually. 

Specifically, it has the ability to produce 900,000 tons of hot rolled bars with size range of diameter 19mm to 310mm, 100,000 tons of forged bars and forgings with size range of diameter 200mm to 1,000mm, and 1 million tons of wire rods with size range of diameter 5.5mm to 26mm. Taking customers as the center and innovation as the foundation, deeply focusing on high tech, high quality and advanced special steel products and markets, Jianlong Beiman Special Steel has upgraded the steel products strongly, enhancing the core competition.
